Working Requirements

Our taps work on water systems that produce a minimum of 0.5 bar water pressure. This can be achieved by using one of the following systems:

Combination boiler systems

Gravity fed systems (only with a pump)

Megaflow system

Pumped hot water systems

Un-vented hot water systems

Standard pressurized hot water cylinder type systems

How does your Standard Delivery service work?

Delivery is typically within 9 working days from the day you submit your order
Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding public bank holidays).
If your order is above €499 delivery is free. For orders under €499 please see below for delivery charge:

Medium orders:	May include Bathroom Furniture & Radiators*	€20
Large orders:	May include Toilets, Basins & Radiators*	€60

If you spend under €499 you only pay one delivery charge per order. If your order contains more than one item you pay the delivery charge for the largest item.
We'll email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.
All large items weigh more than 25kg and will require more than one person to handle them.
A signature may be required on receipt.
If you're not available to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a delivery card.
